Resources

This is the page where I'll be sharing articles and resources which have helped and motivated me along the way to mindful money management.
I hope some of these links will be useful to you; this list is a work in progress so be sure to come back regularly for updates.

This episode of the Hey Girl podcast where Alex Elle chats to Roe about minimalism was the catalyst that got me wanting to make change.  The Minimalists podcast (specifically episodes discussing finances) is also good for focus and inspiration.

Lydia Lois has a great free mini course on minimal spending and it was one of the starting points for my journey.

I used Emma Drew's post on managing your money as a way to get started and consider my own personal finances and ways in which I could budget.

Money Saving Expert is a fantastic resource.  I particularly liked the guide on piggybanking as a way of budgeting.

Speaking of budgeting, there are lots of printables and guides available online.  Check out this monthly budget review from The Diary Of A Frugal Family or the Citizen's Advice Bureau's budget sheet.

The Money Advice Service is a website that I didn't know existed but am glad to have found.  It's got information and advice on all aspects of saving, planners and calculators and links to free, impartial advice.
